RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from a delivery method chosen by you other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right.

Returns & Refunds

All items are made-to-order or are one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the unique and limited nature of each product, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Each piece is individually made or curated. Small variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the design and make each item unique they are not considered defects.
